This has been a summer to remember! Our first summer with two precious little girls at home. We have gone from one who could run around the house while the other couldn't follow to two who are into anything and everything they can find. They are beginning to work together to cause all sorts of mischief around the house. However, I really love how they play so well with each other. Hayden does a great job taking care of her little sister and reminding her of things we are NOT supposed to play with. With a few weeks left for summer vacation, we are anxious to see if Ava will reach that milestone of walking before school begins. She is so close but right now, she knows it is faster to crawl than try to walk. Hayden is so ready to go back to school. She asks all the time to go back to HER school she can play with her friends. We are excited to be moving her up to the 3 year old class this year because she has reached her goal of being potty trained this summer.
With Hayden going to school three days a week this fall, that means Booma (grandma), Nana and Daddy get to have some special one-on-one time with Ava in the mornings. They will need it to keep up with her!
Hope are all enjoying the end of summer 2010! We still have a few weeks to go!
